Executive Summary

Editorial note: AL Khachan Agency led creative direction and communications support for the community event benefiting Kids First Association. We were not the event organizer.

We crafted a premium yet friendly visual language, simplified route communications, built bilingual assets (EN/AR), and prepared on-site sponsor touchpoints (coffee, water, snacks, certificates) to elevate the participant experience.

Audience Insight

Community events convert when everything feels obvious: simple routes, visible timing, and an emotionally close cause—wrapped in a navy–gold design that reads perfectly on phones and print.

Strategy

  • Inclusive format (2 cycling tracks + 1 hike)
